About Christine
Yoga brings me joy and helps me to feel my body and mind. I did my first training in 2015 with Sivnanada in India. With Ronald I found teacher to deepen my practice. Since 2019, I‘m an AYI Advanced teacher.
At the moment I‘m doing research about whether Yoga can be a complementing therapy tool for anorectic patients.
