The AYI Café is the calm meeting place inside the studio on Safranberg: a place for tea, conversation, mindful food and a moment that does not disappear back into everyday life right after practice.

You can stay before or after your yoga class, work at the table, connect with others or simply arrive.

Vegan, seasonal and light

Bowls, soups, smoothies, cake, tea and coffee are plant-based and close to everyday studio life. The food is meant to nourish, stay light and make healthy routines easier, without becoming complicated.

Yoga and café belong together

At AYI Studio, the café is not an add-on, but part of the place. Practice, knowledge, food, connection and regeneration belong together and turn a yoga class into a visit that supports body and mind.

Brunch, tea and community

For special brunches and community formats, the café becomes a lively meeting place. After practice you can stay, let the class settle, talk, laugh or give what started on the mat a little more quiet time over a cup of tea.

The café is located directly inside the studio. You will find it on Safranberg in Ulm, connected to the yoga rooms and still with its own relaxed atmosphere. At the bottom of the page you will find the address, map and contact details.
