What Inspired includes
- 2 therapy focus modules and 1 Ashtanga focus module
- 3 Modular Therapy Courses (MTCs), exploring therapy and anatomy
- Accompanying eLearning and a final assessment with a teaching demonstration
Inspired is your first complete training stage. Ashtanga provides a structured foundation for personal practice. You can also join to deepen your own practice.
You should have a basic understanding of yoga or a relevant professional qualification in healthcare.
Combine live teaching online or in person with personal practice and eLearning. Allow around a year; you can also take longer. The final assessment with a teaching demonstration takes place in Ulm. Check each event’s teaching language before booking.
The training does not replace a medical or psychotherapeutic licence and makes no promise of healing.
€3,999 · with membership
With an eligible AYI membership. Membership is paid separately: AYI Classic costs €87 per quarter when billed quarterly and is a separate ongoing contract. An existing eligible membership also counts.
€4,999 · standard price
No additional ongoing membership contract at booking. Includes 12 months of AYI Classic access from booking confirmation. You will need suitable access to continue eLearning beyond that period.
