Movement and activity has always been an integral part of my life. What started out as a hobby has now become a profession. I love sharing my experience as a personal trainer and yoga teacher and to "infect" others with the joy of moving one's body and having fun being active. At the same time, my position as editor-in-chief at AYI allows me to pursue my other great passion: playing with words and creating texts. This dual focus grounds me and helps me keep my personal balance both on and off the mat!
