Training Structure and Exam
The AYI yoga training is modular, and each training stage – Inspired, Advanced, and Expert – concludes with its own final exam. Only participants who have successfully completed all modules of their stage and track are admitted to the exam. A dedicated eLearning course is the ideal way to prepare.
How the Exam Works
The exam itself consists of three parts:
Teaching Demonstration
Each participant designs a 45-minute yoga class of their own and teaches it to the group in a team of two, together with another participant – you can find your teaching partner via Chat&Share in the eLearning. This is your chance to put the knowledge and skills of your stage into practice. Afterwards we talk about the experience together, and you receive individual feedback.

Exam Discussion
Afterwards we come together for a shared discussion: open questions are clarified and the material is reflected on. Participants are welcome to share their experiences and give each other feedback.
(19:00 – 20:00)
Vedic Ritual and Certificate Ceremony
We close with a Vedic ritual that honors the spiritual dimension of the yoga path. In this festive setting you receive your certificate for your training stage and track.
(20:00 – 21:00)
The final exam is a special moment – it celebrates the commitment and progress of every participant and prepares you for the next stage of your yoga journey.
