Guttural plosives

These are plosive consonants, which are formed gutturally (i.e. in the throat).

ka

Spelling

  1. Draw the following lines without stopping in between: a circular line to the centre at the top, a vertical line down and a bow to the bottom right.
  2. Draw the horizontal line from left to right over the letter.

Pronunciation

  • an unvoiced ka as in Skat, Muskat
