वाक्सिद्धिः कामरूपत्वमदृश्यकरणं तथा |
मलमूत्रप्रलेपेन लोहानां स्वर्णता तथा ||99||
Metre: Anuṣṭubh
The power of truthful utterance (vāksiddhiḥ | nom sg), shapeshifting (kāmarūpatvam | nom sg n), and the power to make things invisible (adṛśyakaraṇam | nom sg) [arise] likewise (tathā). By smearing with faeces and urine (malamūtrapralepena | ins sg), metals (lohānām | gen pl) likewise (tathā) become gold (svarṇatā | nom sg).
Other powers include his utterances always coming true, shapeshifting, invisibility, and the miraculous transformation of metals into gold.

The power of moving through space (khecaratvam | nom sg n) also (ca) arises together with [the other powers] (jāyante | 3p pl med pres) through regular application of the practice (satatābhyāsayogataḥ). In this way (tathā), the wise (buddhimatā | ins sg m) yogi (yoginā | ins sg) should contemplate (bhāvyam | nom sg n pfp) in order to attain success in yoga (yogasiddhaye | dat sg).
The power to move through space also arises through steady practice. The wise yogi continues the preceding contemplation in order to attain yoga’s true success.
